Refund Policy — All Sales Final

Effective date: October 13, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through MDO3D at mdo3d.com and the family of platforms we operate (the "Services"), including one-time purchases (for example, a divination reading) and subscriptions (for example, Rigor Pro, billed monthly).

1. All sales are final

All sales are final. All fees and charges are non-refundable. Except as expressly required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchase, in whole or in part, including for:

• Any subscription period, whether monthly, annual, or otherwise;
• Any one-time purchase;
• Unused time or unused features;
• Any partially used billing period; or
• Any period remaining after you cancel.

This applies regardless of whether you have used the Service and regardless of when you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops automatic renewal, and your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not entitle you to any refund for the current or any prior period. See our Cancellation Policy for how to cancel.

3. Payment problems

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a purchase did not give you the access it describes, email us with the address you paid with and we will look into it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

4. Legal rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or cancellation right you may have that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws applicable to you. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this Policy to the extent required by law.
