Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the MDO3D Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses mdo3d.com and the family of platforms we operate (the "Services").

1. You may not

• Use the Services to break any law or to infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• Submit content you do not have the right to share, including another person’s resume, birth details or other personal information without their permission;
• Use the Services to create content meant to deceive, defraud, harass, or impersonate another person, including fabricated credentials or job history presented as real;
• Probe, scan, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, their accounts, or their infrastructure;
• Circumvent usage limits, paid-plan gating, or payment, or share a paid account outside your own use;
• Run automated or bulk requests against the Services except through features built for that purpose;
• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the Services without our written permission;
• Upload malware or content intended to harm the Services or other users.

2. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, including paid access, for a violation of this AUP. Termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund (see our Refund Policy). Where the law requires it, we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
