Cancellation Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a subscription to a platform operated by MDO3D at mdo3d.com and our related sites (the "Services"), and what happens when you do. Today the subscription we sell is Rigor Pro, billed monthly for the Rigor career tools at rigor.design. One-time purchases, such as a divination reading, do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
1. You may cancel at any time
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. To cancel Rigor Pro, sign in to any Rigor tool, open the plans panel and choose Manage Plan; it opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel. You can also email us at [email protected] from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you.
2. What happens when you cancel
- Future renewals stop. Your subscription will not renew, and your payment method will not be charged for any future billing period.
- Access continues to the end of your current paid period. You keep access to the features of your current plan through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- No partial refund. You will not receive a refund or credit for the remainder of the current billing period, and no proration is applied to the period being cancelled. All sales are final (see our Refund Policy).
- Downgrade or closure at period end. At the end of your current paid period, your subscription ends. Your account moves to a limited level of access, or is closed, depending on the Service. For Rigor, your account stays and you can sign in, but the AI tools require an active Rigor Pro subscription.
3. Plan changes
If you move to a higher-priced plan during a billing period, the change may take effect immediately, and the amount charged for the remainder of the current period may be prorated based on the time remaining. If you move to a lower-priced plan, the change generally takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and no refund is provided for the current period.
4. Timing
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your renewal date. Because renewals are processed automatically at the start of each period, a cancellation made after a renewal charge has already occurred will apply to the following period; the charge already made is non-refundable.
